Territory Sales Manager Role
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:- Familiarize yourself with our product portfolio through comprehensive training sessions.
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Promote and sell our orthopaedic instruments products to hospitals and clinics in the region.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare, or related.
- Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is not mandatory but is an advantage.
- A diploma/degree in fields such as business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, healthcare, or in any other relevant areas or technical career.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish.
- A valid driver's license as this position involves regular customer visits.
