Scrive is an international, fast-growing company headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. We're looking for a skilled Middleware Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. This is a cross-functional role, where you'll collaborate with Finance, Data, and Revenue departments.

Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain middleware solutions for seamless integration between Salesforce, PE Accounting, and our product backend.

  • Oversee billing processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting.

  • Develop and administer Salesforce, focusing on Revenue Cloud (CPQ + Billing modules).

  • Design and implement architectural solutions for business applications, including middlewares, integrations, and Salesforce code base.

  • Build custom system integrations as needed.

  • Resolve issues related to billing, integrations, and system performance.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of billing processes, system configurations, and integration workflows.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in developing system integrations/middlewares

  • Proficiency in at least a few programming languages: JavaScript, Java, C#, SQL, Python

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing billing processes and system integrations

  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • EU residency
