Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of non-performing assets, including commercial vehicles and construction equipment.
  • Develop and implement asset recovery plans, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with external counsel to pursue legal actions against defaulters.
  • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders, including management and customers.

Requirements:
  • Law degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience in collection law.
  • Proven expertise in collection processes, including SARFAESI Act/SEC 9/Arbitration/Conciliation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and willingness to learn new systems.
