- Manage and coordinate site operations to ensure compliance with company HSQE requirements and standards.
- Supervise and report on direct labor resources, plant, and materials allocations.
- Coordinate and manage sub-contractors on site.
- Post-construction survey and compilation of accurate information to prepare As-Built records.
- Ensure works are carried out to a high standard while complying with building regulations, National Rules for Mechanical Installations, Health and Safety, and environmental standards.
- Mechanical trade background is essential.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar role is essential.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office is required.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
