Fullstack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer to join our team. As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing new features and applications, leveraging your expertise in.NET and cloud solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to migrate our existing systems from.NET Framework and WebForms to.NET and, working closely with our design and R&D departments.

• Migration and Development: Lead the migration of our systems from.NET Framework and WebForms to.NET and, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal disruptions.
• Feature Development: Design and develop new features and applications, focusing on customer and user needs, and ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews and quality assurance, providing support to colleagues and fostering knowledge sharing within the team.
• Architecture Planning: Help plan and implement the new architecture, prioritizing both technical excellence and user experience.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to creating an open and inclusive work environment where everyone feels valued and heard.

• Experience: At least 7 years of experience working with.NET/.NET Framework and, with familiarity in as a plus.
• Migration Experience: A proven track record in leading or contributing to migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
• Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration skills and experience working effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Code Quality and Continuous Learning: A commitment to code quality and a passion for continuous learning, both for yourself and in fostering growth among your colleagues.

• Cloud Solutions: Experience with cloud solutions, particularly Google Cloud.
• Scalability: Scalability to ensure our systems can grow efficiently.
• Security: Security to protect our applications and data.
• Performance Optimization: Performance optimization to maintain high-quality user experiences.
• Infrastructure as Code: Infrastructure as Code for managing and provisioning computing resources.
