Project Manager Governance

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Belmont Lavan Ltd. as a Governance Project Manager. This is a contract position that will last for 8 months.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Product Approval and Follow-up: Ensure that products meet the required standards and follow up on any issues that arise.
- Document Management: Manage and maintain control documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Regulatory Support: Provide support to the team during the adaptation and project establishment phases, ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met.
- Recommendation Handling: Handle and monitor recommendations from control functions, ensuring that they are implemented effectively.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for:
- Project Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
- ICT Service Register Management: Establish and maintain an ICT service register in accordance with group project requirements.
- Process Mapping and Information Asset Management: Map processes and information assets to ensure that they are compliant with regulatory requirements.
- DORA Activities: Participate in additional DORA activities as required by the group project.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for:
- Contract Cleaning: Continue running general contract cleaning activities to ensure that contracts are up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Contract Management: Contribute to the management of contracts to ensure that they are handled uniformly and in accordance with DORA requirements.
The successful candidate will have:
- Project Management Experience: A strong background in project management, with experience in driving change and coordinating between multiple stakeholders.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Swedish and English.
