As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive market development strategies. You will work closely with healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, policymakers, and industry partners to enhance disease awareness, improve patient outcomes, and increase access to treatment across the Nordics.

Key responsibilities include leading market analysis, building relationships with external stakeholders, developing commercial strategies, and collaborating with global teams to ensure alignment on market strategy. About the Opportunity
  • Develop and execute comprehensive market development strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis, including patient journey mapping and competitive landscape evaluations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Several years of experience in market/business development or commercial roles in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry, preferably in dermatology.
  • Understanding of healthcare ecosystems (reimbursement, patient access, regulatory environments).
  • Market strategy development and execution in complex healthcare settings.
  • Communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
