Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Cybersecurity Expert to join our team at Munters. As a global leader in energy-efficient air treatment and climate solutions, we require a strategic thinker who can develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy to protect our data, assets, and IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing global security programs across multiple regions, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, and mitigating security risks. They will work closely with stakeholders in our Group Management and risk leadership team to drive business enablement and resilience while adhering to evolving regulatory landscapes.

We seek a proactive individual with excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead a team of security professionals. This role requires strong leadership and team management skills, operational hands-on work, and managing vendor relationships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop Global Cybersecurity Strategy:
    • Create and maintain a document framework of continuously up-to-date cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines.
    • Oversee the approval and publication of these cybersecurity policies and practices.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Management:
    • Elevate our security posture by adopting a globally applicable cybersecurity framework.
    • Establish a unified and flexible, risk-based control framework to integrate and normalize diverse requirements from global laws, standards, and regulations.
    • Define roles and responsibilities for information ownership, classification, accountability, and protection of information assets.
  • Team Management & Development and Employee Security Education:
    • Bolster, manage, and mentor the security team.
    • Oversee global training programs and security awareness campaigns that address region-specific security risks and regulatory requirements.
    • Foster a collaborative security culture promoting information sharing, adherence to security best practices, and cross-functional engagement.
  • Conduct Regular Risk Assessments Globally:
    • Identify and manage security threats to critical applications and services at regional and global levels.
    • Collaborate with the enterprise risk management function to align assessment findings with business risk.
  • Lead Incident Management:
    • Collaborate with MDR vendors and conduct post-incident reviews to strengthen security resilience.
  • Security Operations:
    • Oversee day-to-day global security operations, including vulnerability assessments, security monitoring, and threat management across global networks.
    • Ensure security is embedded in project delivery processes by providing appropriate cybersecurity policies, practices, and guidelines.
    • Monitor external threat environments for emerging threats and advise relevant stakeholders on courses of action.
    • Support asset inventory development, including information assets in cloud services and other parties within our ecosystem.
    • Develop and enforce global standards for data protection and privacy, especially concerning cloud, IoT, and mobile security.
