We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead challenging projects with high impact on people and business. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for setting up a connected Supply Chain planning for a new factory footprint with an ambition to grow rapidly.
Key Responsibilities- Lead projects that implement or drive change in the field of Supply Chain planning, both on a tactical and operational level.
- Set up product structures and link to production set-up.
- Improve process and governance of transformation projects in Alfa Laval.
- Act in an international environment with a wide network of people on different levels in the company.
- Several years of experience from working with projects in a global organization, with at least 3-5 years in direct project management.
- Preferably experience from working with footprint or Supply Chain Planning projects.
- Experience from working in Sales & Operations planning or other tactical or operational Supply Chain functions.
- Relevant university education or equivalent and formal project management trainings.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
We can offer you a challenging and unique role in an international, open and friendly work environment. You will continuously learn, gain new insights and have fun in a team with motivated and competent colleagues. This is a global role and travel is expected to about 30 days annually.
