About the Alstom Nordics Graduate Programme
This graduate programme is designed for young professionals who want to kick-start their career in the rail industry. Over 12 months, you'll complete four rotations of three months each, working on real projects and developing your skills.
During the programme, you'll gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations and service lifecycle. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues, participate in team-building activities, and benefit from mentorship and coaching.
We're seeking individuals who possess a master's degree in engineering or a related field. Your background should be in railway engineering or systems, electrical/electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, system engineering, or computer science.
To succeed in this role, you should be a fast learner, possess problem-solving skills, and exhibit a 'can-do' attitude. Fluency in one of the Scandinavian languages and English is required.
