We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team as a Tech Lead. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading the technical direction of our software projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Technical Competence: Ensure that the software development team has the necessary technical skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Technology Choices: Make informed decisions about technology choices, ensuring that they align with business objectives and are aligned with industry best practices.
- System Architecture: Develop and maintain the system architecture for software solutions, ensuring that they are scalable, maintainable, and meet business requirements.
- Application Design: Develop detailed designs for software applications, ensuring that they meet business requirements and are aligned with industry best practices.
- Code Development: Write and test code, refining and rewriting it as necessary, and communicate with team members involved in the project.
