As a Procurement Lead at TN Sweden, you will play a crucial role in the Energy, Recovery, and Environmental Services business. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and coordinate procurement work in assigned service projects, ensuring a competent, competitive, and timely supplier base.

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Act as procurement lead in assigned service projects
  2. Support sales and cost-estimation functions in sales projects with cost-data
  3. Define supply strategies and plans for defined service projects
  4. SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) with key suppliers
  5. Define and ensure implementation of long-term cost savings
  6. Develop existing supplier base and source new suppliers in cooperation with Category Management
  7. Contract management including contract and business negotiations

To succeed in this position, you should have knowledge of the Energy, Recovery, and Environmental Services business, as well as suppliers and end customers in this area. You need to be familiar with project procurement and experience working in the service business is an advantage. Relevant education, preferably engineering, mechanical, or commercial university degrees, is also required.

You will be responsible for managing relationships with domestic and international suppliers, which may require some traveling. In return, you will have an important role in the ERE procurement department and be a member of Valmet's EMEA Supply Chain team.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and intercultural negotiation skills, as well as an open and cooperative attitude. Fluency in English, both oral and written, is essential. Experience with ERP systems, such as LN Infor, Basware, etc., is beneficial.
