We are seeking a highly skilled OMNI Project Merchandise Manager to join our Weekday Merchandising Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing our retail portfolio and driving e-commerce expansion through strategic merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Optimization: Analyze commercial KPIs to identify opportunities for space optimization and develop strategies to improve store productivity.
  • Merchandising Strategy: Assess, align, and prioritize merchandising actions for expansion and consolidation projects, ensuring clear strategy in terms of stock, allocation, replenishment, and assortment build.
  • OMNI Analysis: Lead analysis on store size, capacity, and assortment breadth to guide merchandising and assortment functions in building a profitable assortment.
  • Business Case Development: Support the development of business cases for tests and global initiatives, providing relevant input to various teams on maintaining a relevant and healthy portfolio.
  • Project Management: Participate in project kick-offs, lead on-site visits to ensure customer experience, and follow up on stock actions when applicable.
  • Project Monitoring: Regularly follow up on existing or concluded projects/tests.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Merchandising, Business Analyst/Controlling, or a related field.
  • Background: A thorough understanding of e-commerce business and its operations.
  • Skills: Advanced experience in Power BI, Excel, and Office, with a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Language: Professional-level English or native English language skills.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead others and set priorities, with a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
