About the Role

We are expanding our Group finance team and seeking a Corporate Accountant to join the team in Stockholm. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing the daily financial administration. To excel in this position, the ideal candidate should be a well-organized and practical problem solver, thriving in an entrepreneurial setting with demanding deadlines.

This role requires experience from independently completing a full financial statement for a company. To succeed we think you have strong analytical thinking, a structured and ambitious approach, coupled with a personal drive to assume responsibility and work autonomously.

Your Key Focus Areas

  1. Independently handle monthly closing work and account reconciliations
  2. Ensure that all input from bookkeeping activities is properly done to reach a high degree of documentation and quality standards
  3. VAT and tax approval
  4. Manage Audit requests and planning in Parent company.
  5. Superuser for Dynamics 365 (Finance operations) and contact person to IT department
  6. Administrative tasks relating to employees including salary, vacation and travel expenses
  7. Responsible for daily invoicing and payments for Swedish entity (outsourced to accounting firm)
  8. Supporting management in monthly and yearly budget processes and forecasting
  9. Working together with the finance team to support internal stakeholders

  2. Experience from reporting of VAT to the tax authorities
  3. Strong administrative experience is preferred
  4. Professional, proactive and organized with attention to details
  5. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different departments and stakeholders
  6. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  7. Structured and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  8. Bachelor/Master's Degree in accounting, business accounting, finance or equivalent
  9. Fluent in Swedish and English is a must, both written and spoken
