About the Job Opportunity

Focusing on increasing FitForMe's market share in the Nordic region is a critical aspect of your responsibilities as a Market Growth Specialist. Your success will be measured by your ability to maintain and strengthen strategic accounts while developing new relationships through customer visits.

You will work closely with our sales team to develop and execute strategic plans that achieve sales targets and drive business growth. This may involve visiting healthcare professionals involved in bariatric surgery in the Nordics to help them understand how our products can benefit their patients.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a keen understanding of how to navigate complex customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen strategic accounts.
  • Develop new relationships through customer visits.
  • Visit healthcare professionals in the Nordics to promote our products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that drive customer growth and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of our products and services.
