We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to join our team at Ingrid Capacity, a forward-thinking energy tech company. As a member of our Engineering team, you will play a key role in ensuring the robust cybersecurity of our operational technology (OT) systems.

Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing advanced security strategies, conducting regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses, and maintaining and enhancing secure communication network solutions.

You will also be responsible for acting as the key point of contact for cybersecurity audits and incident response coordination, and working closely with the Asset Management and Tech teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of our systems.

To be successful in this role, you will need several years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the energy sector, and strong knowledge of OT security and advanced network solutions.

In addition, we are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
