Project Manager for Oceanbird's Future

Oceanbird AB is a 50/50 joint venture between Alfa Laval and Wallenius. We are developing wing sail technology for the global shipping market and are looking for a senior project leader in product development to drive existing and future wind propulsion projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Driving entire development projects from start to finish
- Maintaining a visual project plan and tracking progress
- Leading project meetings and coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Organizing project tasks and ensuring timely completion
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A master's degree in aerospace, mechanical, civil, or maritime engineering, or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in leading large development projects
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in product development and working cross-functionally with engineers
In addition, it is beneficial to have experience in one or more of the following:
- Hands-on experience in product development
- Working on large structures and systems
- Experience within the marine industry and familiarity with relevant regulations
