Regional Sales Manager for Sensing Products

Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate possesses these skills:
- Detailed experience of B2B, OEM manufacturing experience in sales or other sales support function.
- Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in engineering, business, marketing, economics or finance.
- Creative thinker and action oriented
- Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts in the business.
- Professional, tenacious, and strong, convincing communication skills.
- Experience in HVAC & Water market would be preferred
- Capability to function in a heavily matrixed environment; ability to develop relationships with multiple stakeholders and provide support where needed – able to work in a team environment.
- Hands-on CRM process experience software and other common computer software such as MS Office 365, SAP, and Salesforce.
