As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will join our innovative team, contributing to the development of cutting-edge waterborne transportation solutions.

Our flagship product, the Candela P-12, is a testament to our dedication to innovation and sustainability. This electric hydrofoil ferry has set new standards in the industry, serving commuters in Stockholm and expanding to new markets soon. Your expertise will be crucial in refining our processes to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance overall efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work in our electrical workshop to pre-assemble custom-designed electrical components
  • Install electrical components and cables in our boats, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in quality, cycle times, cost reduction, and process optimization
  • Collaborate closely with our manufacturing engineering team to implement changes and improvements
  • Comply with all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment provided by the company

Requirements:

  • Technical degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record in working with diverse electrical systems, tools, and schematics
  • Fluent communication skills in English, required for effective teamwork
  • Able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment, handling physically demanding tasks and working within confined spaces

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with high-voltage systems (400+ volts)
  • Familiarity with CAN Bus and NMEA 2000 networks
  • Background in the boating industry
