We are seeking an experienced Service Engineer to join our team at TN Sweden. As a Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical devices and equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on medical devices and equipment.
  • Identifying and resolving complex technical issues, often in high-pressure situations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective service strategies.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with proficiency in technical terminology.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks effectively.
