About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage complex events in an international context. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management and marketing, paired with excellent organisational and leadership skills.

The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, developing and delivering international exhibitions and global events, ensuring they are completed on time and in accordance with company policies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing Saab's presence at global events, with a main focus on Europe
  • Planning, executing and managing Saab's participation in global events and exhibitions
  • Ensuring events stay within schedule and are executed smoothly
  • Implementing the brand platform
  • Management of graphic production and ordering of event and marketing materials
  • Reaching out to potential stakeholders and partners
  • Advertising events through multiple channels
  • On-site management of stand build and execution
  • Providing year-over-year analytical reports on events and KPIs
