We are currently constructing multiple turnkey data centre projects across Europe, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight. We are seeking a Health & Safety Manager to oversee the compliance of our project with our Safety Management system.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the development of method statements, risk assessments, safe plans of action, and H&S permits to work.
- Ensuring project sub-contractors adhere to project and group EHS policies and procedures.
- Maintaining records of statutory inspections and ensuring adequate documentation is available.
- Coordinating and managing Winthrop Technologies induction and training.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A relevant third-level degree qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety.
- At least 3 years' experience managing environmental, health and safety on large construction sites.
- Thorough knowledge of current environmental, health and safety legislation.
- Flexibility in working patterns where necessary.
