Job Description

The Product Manager will play a key role in driving the success of our Performance Management solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining and productizing value-added automated analytics and operations use cases based on Performance Management and other network data sources.
  • Owning the Performance Management solution value proposition and roadmap, and communicating it effectively to external and internal stakeholders.
  • Gathering and analyzing customer and market requirements, and managing the feature screening process.
  • Collecting and maintaining competitive intelligence for the solution.
  • Guiding development teams to execute the solution roadmap and collaborating with platform product managers to ensure necessary platform capabilities.
  • Ensuring the solution is well-developed with compelling demos and proper documentation for sales and delivery.
  • Supporting sales and technical sales in proactive engagements and RFXs.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree, or higher, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of work experience related to Operations Support Systems (OSS), Performance Management, or network analytics, with 2-3 years in a product management role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in various data formats, measurements, counters, and KPIs collected and monitored in mobile access, core, transport, and fixed access networks.
  • Telecom Knowledge: A good understanding of telecom networks and CSPs' use cases in network Performance Management.
  • Data Expertise: Knowledgeable in data platforms and tools, data modeling, ETL, BI, and AI/ML concepts and techniques.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and adequate leadership experience.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • B2B Experience: Experience in B2B sales, marketing, and customer-oriented work.

This role requires travel approximately 1-2 times a month. We're ideally based in Stockholm, Sweden, or Helsinki/Tampere in Finland, but alternative locations include Poland, Spain, Slovakia, and the United Kingdom.
