Arbetsuppgifter

För att vara framgångsrik i rollen som Project Manager PLM krävs en stark problemlösningsförmåga och detaljorientering. Du kommer att leda ett projektteam i utvecklingen, planeringen och genomförandet av lösningar inom PLM-området. I denna roll kommer du att arbeta nära ett tvärfunktionellt team inom hela företaget och säkerställa en smidig integration för att leverera högkvalitativa resultat.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:

  • Planera och följa upp projektets tidslinjer och resurser.
  • Rapportera om projektets framsteg och prestationer.
  • Skapa och följa upp nyckeltal för framgång.
  • Implementera projektkontroller och riskhanteringsprocesser.
  • Stötta och motivera teammedlemmar samt driva utbildningsinsatser.
  • Samarbeta med intressenter och ge regelbundna uppdateringar.
Kvalifikationer

För att lyckas i rollen som Project Manager PLM krävs:

  • En masterexamen inom ingenjörsvetenskap, datavetenskap, projektledning, företagsekonomi eller liknande område.
  • Minst 5 års erfarenhet av projektledning inom Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Utmärkta kommunikations- och ledarskapsförmågor samt en förmåga att bygga starka relationer.
  • Erfarenhet av att hålla effektiva projektmöten och workshops.
  • Starka analytiska färdigheter och en vilja att lära och anpassa sig.
  • Gedigen kunskap om både Agile- och Waterfall-metodologier, med relevanta certifieringar som en fördel.
  • Teknisk förståelse för PLM-verktyg och deras integration med företagssystem som ERP, MES och CRM.
  • Erfarenhet av att leda projekt som innefattar Siemens Teamcenter-implementationer, inklusive konfigurering, anpassning och integration.
  • Certifiering som Project Management Professional (PMP) är meriterande.

  • Är samarbetsvillig och bra på att bygga relationer med intressenter och kollegor.
  • Har förmåga att hantera stress och ta beslut i komplexa situationer.
  • Är proaktiv och självgående med en strukturerad och målinriktad arbetsstil.
