Business Sweden är ett internationellt företag som hjälper svenska företag att öka sin globala försäljning och internationella företag att investera och expandera i Sverige. Vi söker nu en bolagskontorare som kommer att få möjlighet att arbeta övergripande och proaktivt med analyser och processer för att stödja verksamheten. Du kommer att ingå i ett team på Business Swedens ekonomiavdelning och kommer ha möjlighet att arbeta både strategiskt och verksamhetsnära.
I rollen ingår bland annat följande arbetsuppgifter:
- Följa upp och analysera resultat och nyckeltal
- Driva budget- och prognosarbete
- Göra analyser och skapa beslutsunderlag
- Stötta de lokala ekonomifunktionerna i olika ekonomiska frågor och analyser
- Driva och se över processer kring rutiner och rapportering
- Utveckla och effektivisera styrning, planering och uppföljning
- Delta i digitaliseringsprojekt och ansvara för diverse interna projekt
Vi söker dig som är civilekonom eller motsvarande akademisk examen och har minimum 5 års erfarenhet från controlling. Du har tidigare drivit budget- och prognosprocessen och trivs med att arbeta nära verksamheten. Dessutom har erfarenhet av att driva projekt och utveckla processer samt kravställare för B/I-system. Du har mycket god förmåga att presentera i tal och skrift. Då vi arbetar internationellt bör du även ha goda kunskaper i engelska.
