Facility Project Manager

Belmont Lavan Ltd is seeking a seasoned Facility Project Manager to oversee and manage facility-related projects within the organization. This role will involve coordinating various aspects of facility design, construction, and maintenance to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage facility projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage resources effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct site assessments to determine project feasibility and identify potential risks and challenges.
- Oversee the design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to maintain timelines and budgets.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams to ensure smooth implementation of facility projects.
- Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, facility management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Facility Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of facility management principles and practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in contractor management and negotiation is a plus.
