- Product Development: Collaborate with the team to develop software solutions that meet business needs and implement components according to modern software development environments.
- Decision-Making: Participate in the decision-making process for design or improvement of application architecture, solution development, architecture, and code review.
- Technology Selection: Suggest technology or approach or solution, discuss it together with the team and decide which technology to use.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year of management experience.
- Agile Methodology: At least 3 years of experience working with Agile methodology.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge and experience in C#,.NET Framework,.NET Core, and ASP.NET (Core, MVC, WebAPI).
