Job Responsibilities
  • Manage daily laboratory operations to ensure an efficient and well-organized workspace.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruptions to lab activities.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to safeguard employees.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
  • Establish processes for comprehensive documentation of experiments and equipment maintenance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in a relevant scientific field.
  • Experience in lab management, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques, cell culture, and analytical methods.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software and LIMS systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
