About the Opportunity
Northern Trust is seeking a seasoned professional to drive growth and development of our Institutional business in the Nordics. This role will play a key leadership position in defining, scoping, and executing our strategic plan for the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and relationship management strategy for the Nordics market.
  • Collaborate with international distribution, product, and investment teams to develop capabilities aligned with client and market demand.
  • Provide strategic input to managing existing clients and help formulate sales strategies to grow their business.
  • Promote the company and its products through industry conferences and periodicals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's in Business Administration, or CFA preferred.
  • 10-15+ years of experience in product sales & relationship management to Nordics Institutional Asset Owners and financial intermediaries.
  • Strong knowledge of quantitative active strategies, Index, and Alternatives.
  • Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
