Vår enhet Supply planning är en central del av KICKS och spelar en viktig roll i att säkerställa att rätt produkter finns tillgängliga för våra kunder både på våra butiker och online. Vi letar nu efter en system specialist som kommer att vara produktansvarig för vårt varustyrningssystem.

Uppdraget

Det här är ditt blivande jobb:

  • Stötta den dagliga verksamheten och arbeta med operativa frågor där du omsätter verksamhetens behov till IT-lösningar och kravställningar.
  • Samarbeta med superusers och övriga kollegor inom supply chain för att utveckla förbättrade lösningar och säkerställa implementering.
  • Testa och validera ny utveckling för att säkerställa att våra system fungerar som de ska.
  • Vara med och stötta med din expertis i de strategiska förflyttningarna som ska göras för att säkerställa att våra system är effektiva och effektivt.
  • Säkerställa KPI:er och genomförande av systemimplementationer och utveckling för att säkerställa att våra system är effektiva och effektivt.
  • Delta i crossfunktionella forum tillsammans med övriga Supply funktioner och drift för att säkerställa att våra system är effektiva och effektivt.
Krav

För att du ska trivas i rollen ser vi att du har:

  • Högskoleutbildning/universitetsexamen inom exempelvis systemvetenskap, logistik/Supply chain eller ekonomi.
  • Arbetat inom Supply chain och/eller retail i några år och du tycker om att utveckla det tekniska.

Utöver detta vill vi att du har:

  • Arbetat med Relex eller motsvarande Supply chain system för att säkerställa att du har erfarenhet av att arbeta med komplexa system.
  • En grundläggande teknisk förståelse för olika system för att kunna analysera och lösa problem.
  • En analytisk förmåga för att kunna analysera och lösa problem.
  • Förmåga att kunna bibehålla ett lugn och effektivitet under stressiga och utmanade situationer.
  • Ett strukturerat arbetssätt för att kunna prioritera och leverera med goda resultat.
  • En god förmåga att skapa goda relationer både internt och externt.
  • Goda kunskaper i engelska i både tal och skrift för att kunna kommunicera effektivt med kollegor och kunder.

För att trivas och lyckas i rollen krävs det att du är strukturerad och har god förmåga att planera och arbeta självständigt. Du är noggrann, analytisk och resultatinriktad.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet från branscher med snabbrörliga produkter, har arbetat med processutveckling eller arbetat i gränssnittet mellan supply-chain och tech.
