Role Summary

You will lead the creation of our digital services both in App and Web, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences. This involves a combination of discovery, user research, UI, and leadership, on both strategic and hands-on operational work. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to align design decisions with overall product strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user research, with a proven track record of conducting user research to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes. They will also possess demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of enabling high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a user research strategy that drives business outcomes.
* Conduct user research to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes.
* Lead the creation of our digital services both in App and Web, providing exceptional user experiences.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with overall product strategy.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to grow skills and capabilities within the product design team.

Requirements

* 7+ years of experience in user research, including 2+ years in a similar position or leadership role.
* Deep understanding of research methods and tools, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
* Solid knowledge of current design trends, mobile app design guidelines, and best practices.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills and collaborative mindset.
* Proactive and taking ownership of your area and results at a senior level.
* Excellent analytical as well as communication skills.
