Job Overview

This Technical Project Manager position is responsible for overseeing the planning and coordination of resource deployment for major system releases and maintenance updates. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving release process development, creating implementation plans, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive Release Process Development: Drive the development of the release process to ensure seamless execution.
  2. Create Implementation Plans: Develop plans for implementation and deployment as per the release schedule.
  4. Weekly Updates: Provide regular weekly updates on release activities to stakeholders.
  5. Resource Allocation: Ensure effective allocation of resources to every release.
  6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with IS/IT, business, and development project stakeholders.
  7. Go-Live Leadership: Lead Go-Live activities for successful release deployment.
  8. Scheduling Meetings: Schedule meetings to discuss release schedules with the team and identify potential roadblocks.
  9. Challenge Resolution: Manage planning and resolve challenges and changes in detailed planning.
  10. Technical Presentations: Prepare technical project presentations for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Possess proven experience in IS/IT/PLM operations/support or similar roles.
  • Project Management Expertise: Experienced in project management and collaborating with broad cross-functional teams and working closely with business.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as interpersonal skills dealing with all levels of an organization.
  • Adaptability: Experienced in project management practices and adaptability to company-specific processes.
  • Tech Knowledge: Good knowledge in Teamcenter architecture, IT infrastructure, and servers.
  • Leadership Qualities: Goal-oriented, a good leader as well as technical- and business-minded.
  • Multinational Experience: Proven experience from large multinational engineering/industry organization.
  • Best Practices: Knowledge of ITIL Best practices.
  • CICD Pipelines: Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • SDLC: Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle.
  • DevOps and Agile: Experienced in working with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English since you will be part of an international setting where you will get to exchange knowledge with people from all over the world.
