About the Job:

As a Senior Application Specialist at TN Sweden, you will be part of a dynamic team that empowers clients worldwide to navigate their digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities:

• Apply technical proficiency in AS application development using RPGLE, Subfiles, SQL, and CLLE.
• Manage database operations and interact with business users for requirement elicitation, clarification, coordination, and solution explanation.
• Suggest technical improvements and contribute to business transformation rules.
• Lead small development teams technically and mentor them for task completion.

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of relevant experience in AS application development.
2. Operating Systems: IBM I-Series AS and RDI.
3. Programming Languages: CL, RPG.
4. Practical knowledge of Br Unit and unit testing.
5. Able to work in a Cross Functional Team environment.
6. Experience working in SAFe Agile.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

1. Experience in versioning tools.
2. Exposure to maintenance and support assignments, particularly supporting business critical applications.
