At Broadridge, we're committed to empowering our associates to achieve their full potential. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll play a critical role in the deployment of our Tbricks trading platform, collaborating with our Engineering team in Stockholm to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain C++ financial markets software throughout its entire lifecycle, from commit to deployment.
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Design and implement internal and client-facing Python tooling and services.
  • Provide and receive technical feedback via established code-review practices.
  • Promote and enforce best practices within our development teams.

Required Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in DevOps or C++ software engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Excellent Linux administration skills.
  • Experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., Bamboo, Jenkins).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Terraform).
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker Swarm, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with monitoring technologies (e.g., Prometheus, OpenTelemetry).
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Experience with C++ build systems (e.g., CMake, Bazel), understanding of the compilation process and tooling ecosystem.
  • Background in C++ development.
  • Experience with Ansible.
  • Experience with RPM specs and yum repositories.

We're a high-performing team that meets in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remotely.
