About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Manufacturing to join our team at Northvolt Ett AB. As a key member of our Program Management Office (PMO), you will play a crucial role in shaping our manufacturing strategy and leading our team to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of program managers, providing guidance and support throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Program Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, ensuring alignment with overall portfolio objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful execution of program activities.
  • Schedule Management: Generate and maintain detailed schedules, closely monitoring progress and identifying potential risks or delays.
  • Resource Allocation: Align portfolio plan to cross-functional resource availability, forecasting program resource needs and fine-tuning schedules to level resource requirements over time.
  • Program and Portfolio Risk Management: Identify and mitigate program and portfolio risks.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree, preferably in engineering or industrial management.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in project and/or program management roles as an individual contributor, with 2+ years of experience leading a team of program managers.
  • Expertise: Expertise in program management methodologies, with a focus on portfolio management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of battery manufacturing processes and technologies is highly desirable.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a startup environment, adapting to changing priorities and driving results in a dynamic setting.
