About This Opportunity

Your Key Tasks
  • Owning and optimizing our CRM strategy in Klaviyo, ensuring efficient segmentation and targeted communication.
  • Developing and refining customer segmentation to personalize messaging across automated flows and campaigns.
  • Enhancing lifecycle marketing, including onboarding, retention, re-engagement, and loyalty efforts.
Requirements

We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience with Klaviyo. You should have a deep understanding of segmentation, automation, and data analytics, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.

A successful candidate will be proactive, flexible, and open-minded, with a passion for crafting personalized and visually engaging customer experiences.
