Business Development Representative

Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expansion in the Nordic region. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, delivering compelling demonstrations of the Workiva platform, and skillfully addressing customer objections.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with peer Sales teams, Inside Sales, and Partnerships to generate qualified sales pipeline.
- Deliver a compelling demonstration of the Workiva platform to meet customer needs.
- Address customer objections, remove obstacles, and find solutions to various client challenges.
- Guide the sales process to a close by effectively showcasing Workiva's value proposition.
- Update customer relationship management tools to report customer contacts.
- Provide consistent and accurate forward-looking information through pipeline analysis to forecast sales.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a related role, such as enterprise technology or complex solution sales.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience.
- Fluent in English and Swedish or Norwegian.
