Vattenfall is a leading energy company that is driving the transition to a sustainable energy system. As a seasoned Solution Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the company's IT strategy and architecture to support its ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide strategic projects to successful execution based on fit-for-purpose architecture
  • Consult and educate the Nuclear business on SAP, IT strategy, integration strategy, data strategy, and SAP strategy
  • Support Nuclear in fit-for-purpose adoption of IT security
  • Become the go-to point for Nuclear and SAP domain knowledge to advance its S/4 journey
  • Help grow Enterprise thinking and establish standards and architecture principles
Your Profile

We are looking for a seasoned Solution Architect with hands-on experience with SAP solution architecture, preferably in water or energy utilities, manufacturing, or automotive. You should be comfortable communicating with both IT and non-IT colleagues on different levels in the organization.

  • Academic degree in IT or related study
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • Experience with Enterprise Architecture and Frameworks in an international environment
  • Deep SAP technical knowledge and general IT knowledge
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Well Architected Framework
  • Skills to produce enterprise-ready architecture documents and direct complex problems into concise Management Board action
Location

This position is based in Sweden, with regular travel to the office in Stockholm, Solna, and occasional travel to key Nuclear locations. You will be expected to travel approximately once a month for two days to these locations.
