Project DescriptionThe project involves using Drosophila melanogaster model systems to investigate the impact of environmental factors on mutation rates in germline and somatic cells.
Key objectives include:
- Investigating the effects of diet and stress on mutation rates

- Elucidating the mechanisms driving the relationship between somatic and germline mutation rates
