Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head Waiter to join our team at Brasserie Draken. As a Head Waiter, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests, while also driving sales and revenue growth for the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth
• Lead and manage a team of waiters to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food presentation
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food delivery
• Monitor and control inventory, labor costs, and other operational expenses
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality products and services
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service and operations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Waiter or in a similar role
• Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Knowledge of wine and spirits is an asset
