The IT organization at Höganäs is undergoing significant changes as the company implements a new decentralized structure. To support this transformation, we are seeking an experienced leader to develop and implement IT strategies that align with our overall business objectives.

• Develop and implement IT strategy and enterprise architecture ensuring alignment with group strategy and business objectives
• Ensure information and technology properly supports business decisions and needs, manage BI systems and tools
• Lead and develop the IT department including infrastructure applications project management business intelligence security and support services
• Collaborate with leaders and facilitate the network of IT key users in the organization for leveraging synergies and further collaboration
• Identify prioritize and execute projects including digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and competitive advantage
• Manage IT related risk information security and integrity of the data and IT systems
• Manage IT budgets resources and vendor relations effectively
