At TN Sweden, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in Stockholm.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and negotiation, with experience working with key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of diverse clients, developing strong brand-building partnerships that contribute to the company's success, and identifying and establishing new collaborations to strengthen the brand and maximize value across multiple teams within the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing B2B sales, sponsorships, and product distribution through strategic initiatives such as events, discovery boxes, magazines, and brand partnerships.
  • Driving sampling projects to introduce new products to both existing and potential customers.
  • Increasing customer traffic and sales for ECOM & RETAIL through strategic partnerships.
  • Negotiating contracts, managing product orders, and ensuring proper follow-up.
  • Working creatively and solution-oriented to develop innovative ways to drive partnerships and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
