Job DescriptionAs a Digital Growth Advisor at Devoteam, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expansion of our services across the Nordics and DACH regions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acquiring New Customers: Identify and acquire new customers with a focus on medium-sized businesses, generating leads and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Developing Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve target-driven results, exceeding customer expectations and contributing to Devoteam's continued success with hyperscalers and ISVs.
- Managing the Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales process, from initial contact and needs analysis to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Building Long-Term Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand our services and ensure their ongoing success in all areas of their technology procurement.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven Acquiring Skills: Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and closing deals in the IT project business, with a focus on hyperscaler technologies.
- Solution-Oriented Mindset: Ability to understand client challenges and translate them into effective Cloud solutions.
- Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of Cloud to C-level executives.
- Relationship Building: A natural networker who can build rapport and establish trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Results-Driven: Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential. Fluency in a Nordic language is a plus. In DACH fluent German is a requirement.
