Job Description

The Project Security Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of project-specific background controls and security vetting for HVDC's projects and service agreements. This position requires close collaboration with various departments, including HR, IS/IT, HSE, and Security functions to ensure all necessary information is shared when required.

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or Information Security or have relevant work experience. A background in HR with experience working in labor law is also considered suitable for this position. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in English, with Swedish being an advantage.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that line organizations can manage project/country-specific background controls and security vetting efficiently and effectively.
  • Cooperate with other HVDC functions such as HR, IS/IT, HSE, and Security to share necessary information when needed.
  • Collaborate with HVDC Trainings departments to ensure all mandatory trainings are completed prior to project involvement.
  • Live our Leadership Pillars as a leader by living our vision, working together, delivering promises, and developing people.

Your Background:

  • You hold a Bachelor exam within some Cybersecurity/Information security program or have relevant work experience post studies.
  • HR background with experience from working environment and labor law is a possible background for this position, a few years in a similar role.
  • As a person you are collaborative with good communication skills, as collaboration is the keyword for this role.
  • Fluency in English is required and Swedish is meritorious.
