Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Java Developer to join our team at Progressiv Solutions AB. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop scalable applications using Java and AWS, and ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with your team to implement microservices architectures and leverage Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Scrum.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and continuously improve our services to meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • No less than 8 years of relevant professional experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Java versions 8-11, Spring Boot, Maven, and JUnit.
  • Experience working with Linux environments and unit testing.
  • Expertise in Microservices Architecture and deep understanding of AWS services, including CloudFormation, IAM, EC2, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and Aurora PostgreSQL.
