Civil-Military Coordinator Role:

As a Civil-Military Coordinator, you will serve as the primary focal point and advisor for civil-military coordination matters, advising on overall policy direction and reviewing diverse policy issues related to civil-military coordination and humanitarian principles.

You will establish and maintain strong relationships with military and security forces, ensuring mutual exchange of information and advising on humanitarian coordination mechanisms.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience within humanitarian assistance, civil military coordination, or military experience.
• Experience from a humanitarian organization interacting with international military forces or as a military officer with exposure to the humanitarian community.
• Experience in designing and delivering training to military, police, and humanitarian personnel.
• International experience, preferably with the United Nations (UN) or non-governmental organizations (NGOs).
