Job Overview:

The E&I Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all electrical and instrumentation work on site meets the required specifications, project procedures, and drawings. This includes verifying that equipment is suitably calibrated, installed in accordance with hazardous area zones, and that cable continuity and testing have been performed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections of electrical and instrumentation installations to ensure compliance with client, project, and code standards.
  • Develop and review E&I Quality Plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) to ensure they meet the required specifications.
  • Review subcontractor E&I QC ITPs and procedures to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Supervise and monitor critical inspection and test activities at site in accordance with ITPs.
  • Exercise a proactive approach in preventing potential issues by interfacing with QC, Construction, Field Engineering, Subcontractors, and Client as required.
  • Ensure completeness and endorsement of quality-related records/documentation, maintenance and storage, and that deliverables are progressively compiled, finalized, and included into the final project handover records.
