We are currently seeking a Field Operations Manager – Trackside to join our team in Stockholm. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality Trackside solutions within a dynamic environment.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the team has the necessary resources for optimal performance, focusing on effective workflows, skills development, and appropriate staffing. You will also be actively involved in project deliveries and engage directly with customers and end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee a team of test and commissioning engineers for our Trackside solutions.
- Staff the team effectively, monitor project progress, and ensure task execution aligns with project commitments.
- Identify, standardize, and stabilize best practices within the team.
- Ensure all work adheres to personal safety protocols and complies with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Drive team development by planning training sessions and coaching team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the functionality and architecture of railway systems, including a solid background in-depth understanding of products, signalling systems, and standards within the railway industry.
