At Katam Technologies, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Individual to fill the role of Inside Sales and Marketing Associate. As an Inside Sales and Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by identifying customer needs through initial email or chat conversations.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have previous experience in inside sales or customer service, with strong organizational, problem-solving, customer service, communication, and multitasking skills. They will also have a strong interest in communicating with individual customers to understand their needs for further guidance within Katam's sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs through initial email or chat conversations and transfer high potential prospects to the B2B sales team.
  • Manage semi-automated online sales pipelines to monitor and follow up on customers' onboarding journeys for Katam's smartphone app and web portal.
  • Monitor user behavior using Google Analytics and generate weekly reports.

Requirements

  • Previous inside sales or customer service experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge and interest to understand our offering and advanced IT technologies.
  • Desirable: Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM system) and Google Analytics.
