About the Position:

We are looking for an Account Management Specialist to join our sales team at TN Sweden. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the Göteborg & VGR region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.

  2. Identify and analyze new customers, while providing ongoing service to existing customers, to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  3. Plan and execute product demonstrations, training sessions, and other events to showcase our Orthopaedic Instruments products.

  4. Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital administration, and purchasing departments to promote our products and services.

  5. Provide clinical support in the operating room when needed, leveraging your knowledge of our products and industry expertise.

  6. Participate in congresses, seminars, and business meetings to identify potential new customers and expand your knowledge for effective customer engagement.

  7. Prepare orders for interested customers and ensure timely follow-up to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrable sales experience in industries such as MedTech, Pharmaceuticals, BioTech, healthcare, or related fields is essential.

  2. Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is not mandatory but is an advantage in this role.

  3. A diploma/degree in business administration, physiotherapy, nursing, sciences, healthcare, or any relevant areas or technical career is preferred.

  4. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish are required.

  5. A valid driver's license is necessary as regular customer visits are involved.
